Get Return Authorization
We'll send you a return authorization number and prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
Pack & Ship
Pack the item securely in original packaging. Include the return authorization number. Use the provided label to ship.
We Inspect
Once received, we inspect the item to verify condition matches our return policy requirements.
Process Refund
After inspection, we process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

You'll receive confirmation once refund is processed. Check your account within 7 business days.
